Beginning prenatally, Ellie will help you create a plan, understand your options, and feel empowered and prepared for your baby’s arrival. From those early days of establishing feeding through the transitions that follow, consistent, personalized support is provided to help you reach your unique feeding goals with confidence.

 

Rather than one-off visits, this is ongoing care that grows with you and your baby. You're investing in the combined expertise of a lactation consultant, neonatal occupational therapist, oral motor and swallowing specialist, and developmental specialist, all working together to help your baby feed, grow, and thrive. Ellie offers guidance, reassurance, and adjustments along the way. She becomes part of your village, so you always have someone in your corner who knows you, understands your journey, and is there for you and your baby every step of the way.

    • FREE prenatal virtual visit to explore your feeding goals, create a personalized plan, and help you feel prepared and confident for your baby’s arrival

    • 3 months of support from one designated breastfeeding expert

    • 4 in-home visits

    • 24/7 support via private chat in between visits and until your baby is 3 months old to answer all of your questions as they arise

    • Benefit from Ellie’s unique combination of advanced training in infant feeding, newborn development, oral motor function, swallowing, and nervous system regulation, which provides whole-baby care that goes beyond lactation to help your baby feed, grow, and thrive.

    • Reflecting on your birth experience: Navigating your breastfeeding journey from this moment forward, always considering your birth experience and journey so far into motherhood. 

    • Hands-on latch positioning training for problem/pain free breastfeeding.

    • Measuring baby’s intake to ensure they’re getting enough nutrients.

    • Helping you recognize and respond to your baby’s cues for smoother, stress-free feedings

    • Whole-body approach for your baby to support comfortable, effective breastfeeding

    • Personalized care plans after each visit, aligned with your goals and evolving journey

    • Support for any questions, concerns, or fears. Ellie provides guidance, reassurance, and room to pivot as needed

  • Visit 1: Make sure you and your baby are comfortable, baby is latching well, and you feel well supported in your new role and feeding routine.

    Visit 2: Take a closer look at latch and weight gain, and adjust your plan to keep things moving forward.

    Visit 3: A follow-up visit to help you feel at ease in your feeding routine while checking in on your baby’s progress.

    Visit 4: We’ll create a personalized pumping plan and gently introduce a bottle, if and when it aligns with your feeding goals.
